The Developmental Services Sector wants to be heard at an evening of discourse

Kitchener – Waterloo Region Family Network has invited families, volunteers, and passionate individuals to hear and be heard at an evening of discourse. Elected representatives of Waterloo Region will be in attendance for an open conversation on Thursday April 26, 2018 from 6:30 - 9:00 pm.

Confirmed attendance are: MPP Catherine Fife, MPP Michael Harris, MPP Kathryn McGarry, and MPP Daiene Vernile.

What: With a Provincial Election on the horizon, it is important that we have an open a nd honest discussion with our MPPs. It is time for a conversation about the issues and challenges that confront us all, whose lives are deeply affected by government policy, defining the Developmental Services Sector as we live it day to day. The Eveni ng Program will include opening remarks from each MPP, scripted questions posed to all MPPs, questions from the floor, and summary comments from each MPP.

When: April 26, 2018: 6:30 – 9:00 pm

Where: Holiday Inn Kitchener - Waterloo, 30 Fairway Road South; Kitchener

Who: Families & volunteers from the Developmental Sector, MPP Catherine Fife, MPP Michael Harris, MPP Kathryn McGarry, and MPP Daiene Vernille

Why: It will be important to hear their views and the Party’s Platform, as it affects individuals, families, Organizations and Associations.
