UTComp adds licensees in Denmark and South Africa to UltraAnalytix team

Cambridge Ontario's UTComp announced licensing agreements with Carpathia Consulting of South Africa and Denmark’s Nordic Glasfiber.

The companies join UTComp’s growing worldwide network of licensees serving a wide range of industries with the safe, fast and reliable UltraAnalytix testing system. The agreement with Carpathia is UTComp’s first in Africa.

Nordic Glasfiber specializes in the inspection, design, engineering and manufacturing of glass-reinforced plastic composites (GRP) tanks, silos and flue gas systems used in chemical, food, sewage and energy processing. Read this for more details.

UltraAnalytix™ is a non-destructive and non-intrusive method for reliability testing of fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP) tanks, pipes and other industrial assets. It provides clients with a fast, accurate, safe and cost-effective way to assess corrosion and test the strength and condition of FRP assets to prevent catastrophic failures that endanger public safety and the environment.

The latest news builds on the momentum of UTComp’s announcement earlier this year that UltraAnalytix™ has been approved for use by SABIC — one of the world’s largest petrochemical companies — in all its facilities and affiliates in over 50 countries.
