Waterloo grants additional commercial building improvement loans

City of Waterloo Council approved the issuance of two commercial building improvement loans. The loans are for $30,000 each. One will be used at 56 King Street North for construction of new bathrooms, upgrading existing bathrooms and other enhancements. The second is for 33 Young Street and will see a residential unit converted to office space.Both loans were approved through the CommunityImprovement Plan (CIP) which awarded more than $950,000 in grants in 2017.
