SportFitz Wearables is head on with their brain impact, biometric and body motion tracker at Sports Zone at the Consumer Electronics Show, in Las Vegas, Nevada, January 8-11, 2019.
SportFitz designed a solution to increase brain impact awareness, notification and documentation of: date, location, direction, force, position, oxygen level and pulse on their App and downloadable pdf in real-time, for the #1 undiagnosed medical challenge in the world today, concussion. More than 90% of people who suffer from concussions do not know they have one. Concussions are difficult to diagnose since the symptoms are general and signs do not typically show up on MRIs or CT Scans.
SportFitz 1” wearable attaches to the head with removable medical adhesive (Health Canada & FDA approved) to measure brain impact, artificial intelligence aggregates the data and internet of things connectivity shares the data with smart devices.
Their tracker is waterproof, sweatproof, hypoallergenic and measures all motion (12 Axes, Linear & Rotation), all of the time. Measurements are completed by accelerometers, gyroscope and magnetometers, using GPS, BlueTooth & RF connectivity. Data is compared against multiple & programmable thresholds for individuals & teams, optimized with artificiaI intelligence. Data is processed by Cloud & local analytics. The device is powered using a rechargeable Lithium polymer battery.
SportFitz saves time, money and lives by measuring, monitoring and managing data and comparing demographics like sex, age, sport, performance level, geography and climate, to impact performance, workplace safety, healthcare delivery and insurance coverage, globally.
