Tercot Communities branches out to Western GTR with Kitchener land purchase.

The acquisition of the 24-acre site, comprising of three parcels is located at 2219 and 2159 Ottawa Street South in the City of Kitchener

Tercot Communities announced that it has acquired a land position in the Kitchener market that will enable the company to bring its uniquely designed, new low-rise housing development to the local community. The project is being developed by Tercot Communities in partnership with Greybrook Realty Partners and Cityzen Development Group. The project, planned for 240 homes includes single-detached homes, freehold townhomes and condominium townhomes.

"The Kitchener Waterloo economy ... is one the fastest growing in Ontario with the presence of highly acclaimed post-secondary institutions acting as catalysts for high-tech growth and innovation," said Joe Valela, Principal, Tercot Communities. "This development will showcase Tercot's signature design aesthetic as well as acknowledge and enhance the historical community characteristics."

The acquisition of the 24-acre site, comprising of three parcels is located at 2219 and 2159 Ottawa Street South in the City of Kitchener, ranked fourth largest population center in Ontario. The community of Kitchener will also benefit from Metrolinx's Regional Express Rail project, known as the GO Expansion – a project designed to improve the GO Transit service by adding all-day, two-way service with multiple transit stops along the Kitchener GO Transit line. is distributed twice weekly; Tuesday and Thursday
