Kitchener-Wilmot Hydro Inc. conducting customer satisfaction survey

Kitchener-Wilmot Hydro Inc. wants to hear from you!

Kitchener – Starting August 12, 2019, UtilityPULSE, a Canadian company specializing in polls and surveys for the electricity sector, will be reaching out to Kitchener-Wilmot Hydro’s residential and small business customers by telephone to measure their feedback about Kitchener-Wilmot Hydro’s services, and to ensure the utility is meeting and exceeding customer needs and expectations.

The surveys will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Your input will help Kitchener-Wilmot Hydro continually improve its services where it matters most to customers.

When taking part in the survey, customers will not be asked to reveal any information specific to their Kitchener-Wilmot Hydro account, such as an account number.

The surveys are expected to be complete by mid-September. is distributed twice weekly; Tuesday and Thursday
