Paul Maxwell, President & CEO of Maxwell’s Concerts & Events, who turned his passion for music and business education into a vibrant place where acts big and small gather to share their music with our community. John Stix and Jody Schnarr, Co-Founders of Fibernetics, which provides voice and data telecommuni cation solutions and has a corporate emphasis on giving back to the community. Kurtis McBride, CEO and Co - Founder of Miovision, a company started by three University of Waterloo friends in a basement that has evolved into the leading authority on traffic data.
All six inductees will be honoured at the 10 th Annual JA Waterloo Region Entrepreneur Hall of Fame Gala on November 2 1 st , 20 1 9 at Bingemans Conference Centre . T he JA Waterloo Region Entrepreneur Hall of Fame supports the work of J unior A chievement in Waterloo Region and throughout Guelph, Brantford, Hamilton and Niagara Region. It was created to honour exceptional entrepreneurs in Waterloo Region’s B usiness Community, past and present, for their outstanding contribution s to business, entrepreneursh ip and philanthropy.
This signature gala event showcases the lives of the Inductees , allowing us to learn about their achievements and how they have developed and nurtured their legacies.
