Association for Advancing Automation Partners to Release A3 RobotNation Podcast

The Association for Advancing Automation (A3) and industry expert Jim Beretta (right) have partnered to launch the Robot Nation podcast, featuring a series of conversations with experts and thought leaders in robotics and automation.

Beretta, a strategic marketing consultant and the president of Customer Attraction Industrial Marketing in Cambridge, Ontario, will produce and host Robot Nation. Each week, Beretta will talk with executives, engineers, and technologists from the world’s leading automation companies.

“When Jim approached us with the idea of a podcast we were very excited to form this partnership. Jim is an industry expert with a resume of more than 100 webinars produced and presented to over 30,000 people. We knew it would be the right fit and would serve our members,” said Jeff Burnstein, president of A3.

New episodes of Robot Nation will arrive each Wednesday and include discussions on common-sense robotics, collaborative applications, factory communications, advanced manufacturing, robot accessories and the business of automation.

The podcast launches June 24 with three episodes:

• Hiring Automation Talent with Jeff Chapman of Chapman, Inc.
• Innovation in Robotics with Joe Gemma of Calvary Automation
• Collaborative Automation with Simon Drexler of ATS.

“The idea of a podcast is something that I have been working on since January and it evolved through conversations with many industry leaders who themselves have become A3 Robot Nation podcast guests,” Beretta said. “I am really excited to bring topical conversations crossing subjects including factory automation, robotics, machine vision and motion control.”

RobotNation is available for subscription on iTunes, Spotify and other leading podcast platforms. Go to RobotNation to listen and learn more.
