Industrial, ten to twenty million dollars Collaborative Structures

In this category, the winner was Collaborative Structures Limited, but it’s worth noting that one of the sub-contractors – Stubbe’s Precast – was also the client. The award went to the Stubbe’s Precast Concrete Plant Number 3 project. This enormous, 208,000 square foot facility located in Harley, Ontario is a state of the art, carousel style, fully automated precast fabrication facility. This type of facility is the only one of its kind in Canada.

This project took an exceptional amount of cooperation and communication between the owner, the builder, the structural engineers, architects and all the sub trades to ensure this unique project would be a success. And a success it is.
