WINDSOR - DaimlerChrysler Canada today reported a total of 18,589 vehicles sold in December, including 4,213 cars and 14,376 trucks. Compared to December 2005 when 14,695 units were sold, sales for the month are up 26.5 per cent. Car sales for December 2006 increased 58.1 per cent and truck sales increased 19.5 per cent. Sales for the year are up 1.7 per cent, to 220,553 units.
