There were a total of 503 homes sold last month through the Multiple Listing Service® of the Kitchener-Waterloo Real Estate Board, pushing total year-to-date sales for 2007 to 6,507. In 2005, a total of 6,123 homes sold over twelve months. Last year, there were a total of 6,012 homes sold.
