Rogers Publishing Acquires Canadian Insurance Magazine
TORONTO - Rogers Publishing Limited has acquired Canadian Insurance Magazine from Stone & Cox Limited in a transaction that will close on December 31, 2007.
Rogers Publishing is Canada's leading publisher for the financial services industry. Canadian Insurance is the country's oldest and best-established magazine serving the property and casualty insurance market.
