Rogers Radio Division Names Paul Ski CEO

TORONTO - Rogers Broadcasting (RBL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Rogers Communications (RCI), today announced the appointment of Paul Ski as the Chief Executive Officer of its radio division. Ski has a long and successful career in radio broadcasting spending over 30 years with the CHUM radio group, most recently as its President.

Ski will replace Gary Miles who is retiring after an illustrious career in Canadian radio and 20 years of service with Rogers. Under Miles' leadership, Rogers' radio division grew from two stations to an industry leading group of 51 stations today.

"We are thrilled that Paul will be joining Rogers", said Rael Merson, President of RBL. "Paul has a unique combination of talent and experience that has made him such a success in the past and which equip him so wonderfully well for the challenges that lie ahead. As the radio industry continues to evolve from a single medium into multimedia, leaders of Paul's calibre will help to assure that Rogers continues to lead the industry."

Paul has a Masters degree in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University and has been active in industry and community associations. Paul is currently Chair of the Radio Committee of the Canadian Association of Broadcasters and is a member of the Boards of Directors of the Radio Marketing Bureau and the Bureau of Broadcast Measurement.
