Board of Director Resignation
SunOpta Announces Director Resignation
TORONTO - SunOpta Inc. announced that Stephen Bronfman, Chairman and President of Claridge Inc., a member of the Company's Board of Directors, submitted his resignation effective December 20, 2007. Mr. Bronfman's resignation was expected given the recent liquidation of his holdings in the Company.
Jeremy Kendall, Chairman of SunOpta commented, "On behalf of the Board,
