Sue Fawcett Appointed to the Board of Directors of the Business Development Bank of Canada
OTTAWA - The Honourable Jim Prentice, Minister of Industry and Minister responsible for the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC), announced the appointment of Sue Fawcett to the Board of Directors of the BDC.
"Ms. Fawcett's financial background will contribute to the BDC's goal of providing financial and consulting services to Canadian entrepreneurs," said Minister Prentice. "I welcome Ms. Fawcett as she joins this Board of Directors."
Ms. Fawcett is currently President of Fawcett Financial Inc., a consulting company based in Calgary. Previously, Ms. Fawcett worked for CIBC Wood Gundy, where she served as Vice President and Investment Advisor, and for ScotiaMcLeod, where she was an investment advisor.
