Coherent-AMT Changes Company Name to Clarion Medical Technologies Inc.

CAMBRIDGE - Coherent-AMT Inc., Canada's leading supplier of Aesthetic and specialty Medical technologies announced that it has changed its company name to Clarion Medical Technologies Inc.

The company adopted its new name as a statement of the evolution that has taken place. Coherent-AMT has grown from a niche ophthalmology laser provider to a full service solution provider in the areas of Aesthetics, ENT, Gynecology, Ophthalmology and Urology across Canada.

The Clarion Medical Technologies(TM) product portfolio now includes some of the most innovative technologies from around the world. Product offerings for the Aesthetic market include state-of-the-art laser and light-based energy sources, radio frequency and focused ultrasound technologies, as well as dermal fillers and cosmeceuticals. Medical technologies encompass intra-ocular lenses to treat presbyopia during cataract surgery, high definition diagnostic equipment and new urology treatments that reduce hospital stays and improve patient outcomes. The new name is an amalgamation of clarity and innovation, reflected in the solutions and technology provided by Clarion Medical Technologies Inc.
