KITCHENER CENTRE MPP JOHN MILLOY ISSUES 2008 OHL CHAMPIONSHIP CHALLENGE

WATERLOO REGION – I want to wish the Kitchener Rangers all the best as they take on the Belleville Bulls in the 2008 Ontario Hockey League Championship series, said MPP Milloy.

“I am confident in the Rangers’ ability to win, so confident in fact that I have issued a challenge to my colleague Leona Dombrowsky, Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs and MPP for Prince Edward-Hastings where Belleville is located.”

“When the Kitchener Rangers win this championship series Minister Dombrowsky will wear a Rangers jersey in the Ontario Legislative Building.”

“Regretfully, the Minister would only accept if I agreed to do the same in return. I accept this challenge, secure in the knowledge that Kitchener has a far superior team and that I will not have to wear a Belleville Bulls jersey in or around the Legislature”
