Public Invitation
Health and Wellness Fair
Waterloo - The public are invited to attend a keynote address by Mr. Chris Crowley, author of the New York Times Best Seller, “Younger Next Year”, at Columbia Lake Health Club on Saturday, March 1st, 2008 at 12 pm.
He will be speaking about how to live a longer and healthier life as part of a Health and Wellness Fair in celebration of Columbia Lake Health Club’s first anniversary.
Mr. Crowley will be available to sign books and proceeds from book sales are being donated to the Grand River Hospital Health Promotion Program.
The club is open to the public for this special event and will be running cardio, cycling, yoga and conditioning classes as well as seminars throughout the day.
