Riverside Unified School District, Santa Ana College and DeVry University Emphasize Importance

Sacramento. USA – The official hosts of TechEd 2008 have called for all technology in education companies to attend the 13th Annual Technology in Education Conference & Exposition taking place April 13 - 16, 2008, at the state-of-the-art Ontario Convention Center in Onartio, California.

“Obviously, we live in a time when technology is a significant part of our lives,” says Matson Breakey, marketing director for TechEd, “and no where is that change more prevalent, and harder to implement, than in our children’s classrooms.”

TechEd brings together thousands of educators and administrators to share problems and discover solutions for the growing needs of the modern learning environment and the technology exhibitors are a significant portion of that.

"Our conference provides over 300 hours of professional development education on subjects like virtual learning, digital media, integrating instructional technology, and career technical education," says Matson, "we truly depend upon our exhibitors and sponsors to make this possible for the over 3500 educators who attend."

As official hosts, Riverside Unified School District, Santa Ana College and DeVry University support TechEd through advisory committees, volunteer recruitment, and outreach to their colleagues at K through 20 institutions throughout the region and across the globe.
