Guelph - City of Guelph Mayor Karen Farbridge and Amin Remtulla, Director of eChannel Development for Service Ontario, proudly announced that the launch of BizPal – a new online service to help entrepreneurs save time spent on paperwork accessing business permit and licence information.

“BizPaL is a great customer service innovation that will help local businesses navigate the permit and licensing system quickly and easily. Guelph is delighted to participate,” said Mayor Karen Farbridge.

Designed to streamline the paperwork process and red tape normally encountered by small business owners, BizPaL is a unique partnership among federal, provincial, territorial, regional and local governments.
