Deadline to apply to your municipality for a rebate in respect of 2007 is February 29th, 2008.
Ontario - An improved approach to property tax relief on vacant commercial and industrial space has been achieved by CFIB for 2001 and subsequent years.
The deadline to apply to your municipality for a rebate in respect of 2007 is February 29th, 2008.
Properties that qualify for vacancy rebates must have been vacant for at least 90 consecutive days during the taxation year. For further details on additional qualifications and procedures involved.
