ENABIL Solutions Helps Virgin Mobile Canada Launch a Mobile Revolution

ENABIL's Simple and Flexible Software will Put Customers in The Driver's Seat

CALGARY - ENABIL Solutions today announced that they were the successful vendor in the competitive process for Virgin Mobile Canada's Managed Customer Care and Billing Services; a selection that was made in March, 2007. Since that time, ENABIL has been working under nondisclosure on the configuration, implementation and overall management of their Aurora platform - a flexible, customer oriented billing solution to support Virgin's entrance into the lucrative, post-paid cellular market. VMC entered the Canadian pre-paid cellular market three years ago and is now recognized as Canada's leader in this highly competitive cellular space.

Aurora is a full service convergent billing platform that offers an open architecture and a configurable, high speed rating engine, allowing VMC to quickly launch new products and services while offering a suite of self service options for customers to enhance their overall experience with their service provider.

Aurora was developed using Oracle?(R) Communications Billing and Revenue Management (NASDAQ: ORCL) as its backbone. The application was chosen for its proven ability to deliver superior time to market advantage and help bill and manage all communication services from a mediation, rating and billing perspective within a single environment.
