Union Gas, Industry Institute Aid Conestoga Training

Kitchener - Today Union Gas and the Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Institute (HRAI) will present Conestoga College with the donation of a rooftop HVAC (heating/ventilating/air conditioning) unit, which will be used for practical, hands-on learning by faculty and students at Conestoga’s Gas Technician Training Centre, located at the Waterloo campus.

The unit comes from the Union Gas training facility in Chatham, which reflects acknowledgement by the company of the high standards and value to the industry of Conestoga’s training.

In addition, the cost of shipping the unit from Chatham to Waterloo is being covered by G&A Masonry of Breslau and Delta Air Systems of Waterloo.
