“This is our answer to Toronto’s fashion week,” says Marketing Manager, Angela Olano, “many major world cities participate in some form of Fashion Week, and this year, we are giving Waterloo Region a taste of that festival.”

The event is part of an ongoing initiative to include community members in the Warhol festival. David Marskell, CEO of The Children’s Museum says “this is a great opportunity for the Museum to support for local retailers and vice versa. It’s also a great reason for a new group of people to come to downtown Kitchener on a Friday night and take in cultural activities.”

The event will be held at The Children’s Museum on March 20th from 6pm until 10pm. Tickets are $15.00 in advance/ $25.00 at the door. The proceeds will go towards supporting The Museum’s operations. Regular Warhol admission is $16.75 for adults.
