Local Mortgage Agent Named Commercial Mortgage Broker of the Year

Kitchener man takes home national award for the second year in a row

Kitchener/Waterloo – For the second consecutive year, Kitchener mortgage agent Dale Bilton of Mortgage Intelligence was awarded Commercial Mortgage Broker of the Year at the 2009 Canadian Mortgage Awards presented by Canadian Mortgage Professional magazine on April 3, 2009.

“I’m thrilled to be honoured with this prestigious award and give thanks to the community and the professionals who have generously referred our services in the Waterloo Region and across the province,” says Bilton who specializes in commercial lending. “I’ve spent the past 13 years working with clients to get them the best deals available and building relationships with lenders who know that I consistently ensure I’ve done all the due diligence to complete a deal. For a deal to make sense, all aspects have to fall into place – the right buyer, the right lender, the right rates and the right conditions for a client. This award is a reflection of the fact that I work hard to ensure that all the pieces fit – each and every time. ”

Eighteen awards were presented to mortgage professionals and companies across Canada at an event attended by more than 500 mortgage industry professionals. The third annual event was held at the Liberty Grand in Toronto.
