COM DEV Announces Change to Board Committee
CAMBRIDGE - COM DEV International Ltd. announced today
that John Keating will not serve as a member of the Corporate Governance and
Nominating Committee of the Company's Board of Directors, effective
immediately. Mr. Keating will continue to serve the Company in his capacity as
Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Company's Board of Directors.
