Waterloo - Jim Estill is former CEO of SYNNEX Canada. He is known for his seminars, ebook, and audio CD on Time Leadership. He started his company, EMJ Data Systems, from the trunk of his car after graduating from the University of Waterloo with a degree in Systems Design Engineering. From these modest beginnings, Estill grew EMJ to a staff of over 300 people, with $350 million in annual sales. In 2004, Jim Estill sold EMJ to SYNNEX and became the CEO of SYNNEX Canada. SYNNEX Canada sales are almost $2 billion. His CEO blog (jimestill.com) often deals with issues of Time Leadership and effective goal-setting.
