Waterloo Region's Planning department has released the 2nd Draft of the Regional Official Plan (ROP)
Public Council meetings have been set to hear delegations on May 12 and 13.
Now available on the Region's website at;
www.region.waterloo.on.ca/newrop.
Many changes have been made to the first draft based on the public input.
Those who contributed to the formulation of the Waterloo Region Healthy Communities Coalition's comments on the first draft may wish to review the new draft in comparison to the Coalition's comments - you can find the Coalition's submission at;

Another report detailing the public comments on the first draft, and how the second draft addressed those comments, is due to be released next week.
