Toronto According to Harris Decima Senior Vice-President Jeff Walker: "Mr. Ignatieff’s comments about potential tax increases appear to have had minimal affect among Quebec residents and core Liberal supporters, but among audiences that lean NDP, Green and Conservative, these comments may do him some harm".
