Kitchener – Peter Benninger, Broker of Record and President of Coldwell Banker Commercial Peter Benninger Realty, has been recognized as one of Coldwell Banker Commercial’s® 2008 “Top Two,” a designation that is reserved for the elite top two percent of sales producers organization-wide.

Benninger was presented with this prestigious honour by Rick Davidson, President and COO of Coldwell Banker Commercial Affiliates Inc, at the Coldwell Banker Commercial Conference in Chicago on April 15th, 2009. Benninger is one of only 58 real estate sales professionals worldwide to earn this designation from among the almost 3,000 CBC sales producers in 41 counties.

“Being named as one of the top two percent of producers within the Coldwell Banker Commercial is a tremendous honour for our sales professionals,” said Davidson. “Peter has demonstrated exceptional performance that exemplifies excellence in client service for which Coldwell Banker Commercial professionals are known. He is a true asset to our organization and leader among his colleagues.”

A successful Real Estate professional for more than 30 years, Benninger founded Coldwell Banker Peter Benninger Realty in 1985. In March 2002, Benninger’s commitment to customer service and satisfaction lead to the consolidation of his four separate branches, including the firm's commercial division, into a beautiful state-of-the-art building which houses the firm's innovative Real Estate Consumer Centre.

“Peter is celebrated throughout the region not only for his many business and personal successes, but also for his involvement in both industry and charitable organizations,” said Peter Kritz, Broker and Operations Manager for Coldwell Banker Peter Benninger Realty. “He is a role model for business owners and an inspiration to all of the Sales Representatives and Brokers in both our Residential and Commercial Divisions.”
