Museum launches one of two summer exhibits

Kitchener - The Children’s Museum is launching their most recent science-based endeavour this morning. The GEEE! in Genome, which is produced by the CanadianMuseum of Nature in Ottawa and Genome Canada, has been brought to the Children’s Museum of Waterloo Region by the Ontario Genomics Institute.

The exhibit, which is an interactive children’s display entertains while it educates on topics surrounding genomics including researchers, DNA, and genetically modified organisms. It runs in the Museum’s RIM Gallery until Labour Day.
