Elora - The Elora Community Theatre (ECT) holds its 2009 Annual General Meeting on Saturday, June 13 in Fergus at The Mill Party Room and Balcony, 470 St. Andrew Street East at 4:30 p.m. A BBQ will follow.

Attendees will receive reports from the President and the Treasurer on highlights from the past season and the company’s financial status. Other reports will deal with membership, publicity, inventory, communications and newsletter. A preview of ECT’s new season, beginning in November, will be shared and it is expected that at least two of the directors of the three shows will be present.

Previously announced for ECT’s 2009-2010 season are: That Summer, written by David French and directed by Julie Wheeler-Bryant, running from November 13-15 and again from November 19-21. This will be followed by Having Hope at Home, written by David S. Craig and directed by Bronwyn Allen Hill, with play dates of February 5-7 and 11-13, 2010. The final play is I Take This Man, written by Jack Sharkey and directed by Michelle Kreitzer, closing the season on May 7-9 and 13-15, 2010. All plays are presented at the Fergus Grand Theatre.

All ECT members, as well as cast and crew from the previous season, are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting, as well as those interested in joining and/or participating in ECT in the future.
