ATS Automation Supports the Cambridge Self-Help Food Bank in a HUGE Way
Kitchener - ATS Automation and the Cambridge Self-Help Food Bank are thrilled to invite you to be part of the Press Conference & wrap up of the ATS Automation Food Drive.

ATS Automation
250 Royal Oak Rd., Cambridge.
Every year, B&W Canada contributes close to a third of the CSHFB’s Easter Food Drive collection. This month Babcock & Wilcox issued a challenge to the ATS Team to match or better their 15,000 pounds collected for the Food Bank’s Easter Food Drive. ATS accepted the challenge!
“With the economic downturn, the spike in fuel prices, and the increase in food costs, many in our community are having difficulty making ends meet. The generous donations of potatoes, flour and cans of food and money will support the hungry and help individuals and families get the assistance they need, states Pat Singleton, Executive Director. Currently over 2,000 hampers are distributed by the Food Bank each month.
“Food collected at this time of the year will need to last through to Thanksgiving. How grateful we are for the support of ATS at a time when we know that a number of food items are in short supply”, states Vern Platt, President of the Board of Directors.
“ATS was both thrilled and honored to accept this challenge. I am very proud of our employees for the creativity, teamwork and effort involved in supporting the Cambridge Self-Help Food Bank. The competition is a win-win for everyone involved. I thank B&W for their efforts and the challenge and I thank all involved in this very important community endeavor.” stated Eric Kiisel, Senior Vice President, ASG North America.
