TORONTO - Teranet Inc. announces that Jay Forbes will be joining Teranet as President and Chief Executive Officer on July 2, 2009. Mr. Forbes is coming to Teranet from Ingram Micro where he was Executive Vice President and President of Ingram Micro's European, Middle Eastern and African operations. Prior to joining Ingram Micro Mr. Forbes was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Aliant Inc. and has held senior management positions at Oxford Properties Group Inc., Emera Inc. and Nova Scotia Power Incorporated.
