ATS reports annual and fourth quarter fiscal 2009 results

CAMBRIDGE - ATS Automation Tooling Systems Inc. reported its financial results for the three and 12 months ended March 31, 2009. Annual consolidated revenue increased by 29% to $855.1 million; consolidated earning from operations increased 641% to $66.1 million; and earnings increased to $0.61 per share (basic) and $0.60 per share diluted compared to a loss of $0.33 per share (basic and diluted) a year ago.
