Kitchener – Dessau Inc., one of Canada’s largest engineering-construction firms, today announced further expansion in Ontario through the acquisition of Naylor Engineering Associates, a Kitchener-based consulting engineering firm.

Naylor will be part of the LVM Group, a major subsidiary of Dessau with over 1000 employees, which provides services in geotechnical engineering, environment and construction testing. Dessau and LVM have now over 150 employees in 5 offices in Ontario.

Based in Kitchener, Naylor will now operate under the name LVM-Naylor, and will benefit from the support of a full service, world class engineering-construction firm.
