MTE Consultants Inc. (MTE) announced they are again the recipients of the Circle of Excellence Award from PSMJ Resources Inc. (PSMJ). The honour is presented to the top 20 per cent of North American architectural/engineering/construction (A/E/C) firms participating in PSMJ’s Financial Performance Survey. This is the second year MTE has earned this award, having only been a participant for the last three years.

Successful firms are determined by weighting their ranking in the survey with respect to 13 individual benchmarks. These benchmarks are indicative of performance in the various aspects of business operations, including cash flow, overhead control, business development, project performance, staff utilization and overall profitability.

The 13 benchmarks that determine the PSMJ Circle of Excellence were chosen to reflect that the firms are well-managed, have a strong client base, and are led in a responsible and sustainable manner.
