Register now for the second annual Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Conference taking place on Thursday, October 22nd, 2009 at the Mississauga Convention Centre with live video-broadcast into Montreal.

SMEs are not only small businesses at the center of local communities, they also provide critical support to larger organizations, the general population and all three levels of government. SMEs are a significant contributor to innovation, employment and revenue generation. Their performance has a direct impact on the Canadian economy. Recent events have demonstrated that some large and small organizations have not successfully managed the current recessionary environment. Expanding your SME in changing economic times may require a revised strategy, including different branding, growth, mergers and acquisitions and risk management.

This full-day event is intended for senior financial executives, CEOs, directors, entrepreneurs and others associated with SMEs. The conference will be a combination of keynote sessions, breakout sessions and panel discussions in order to educate attendees on many issues unique to SMEs including the complexities emanating from the rapidly changing economy. Attendees will also be provided with an excellent opportunity to network with peers. The distinguished speakers will share their experience and provide you with the skills needed to expand your SME in this changing economy.
