Leeanna Pendergast Receives New Portfolio, New Responsibilities
MPP energized for new role as Parliamentary Assistant for Education
Toronto - Leeanna Pendergast, MPP for Kitchener-Conestoga has been given new roles and responsibilities as Parliamentary Assistant to the Minister of Education, Premier Dalton McGuinty announced Friday. “I am honoured to have been chosen for this important role,” said MPP Pendergast. “As a passionate educator for over 20 years, I am excited to take on this new role towards investing in the youth of Ontario. I look forward to working with Minister Wynne to ensure our schools continue to be safe and our students achieve their potential.”
