Ride for Hope and Hunger a Success

Kitchener - On August 22, approximately 30 bike enthusiasts got together during the annual Ride for Hope & Hunger Poker Run, for a day of fun and support for local charities.

“We would like to thank everyone who attended the Ride and to all involved who supported our cause along the way,” stated Paul Henderson, “especially Ed Ewing from Ali’s Bar and Grill (Cambridge) who donated breakfast and dinner for all the riders and passengers as well as contributing a financial donation, and Gord Gray and the Mid Life Cruisers Rock and Roll Band, who rocked the house for riders.”

Nutrition for Learning would like to thank Paul Henderson and Fred Mowat for organizing a very successful event and for the generous donation of $1,000!
