Due to Demand Centre In The Square adds New Afternoon Craig Kielburger High School Lecture
KITCHENER - Centre In The Square has added a new afternoon lecture by Craig Kielburger on Tuesday, March 3 at 1 p.m. This lecture is in addition to Craig’s sold out lecture that takes place on the same day at 10 a.m.
Craig Kielburger is presented exclusively for high schools students in the Waterloo Region, in the hopes of engaging and motivating students with a positive message. Craig Kielburger is the founder and chair of Free The Children, a unique international development and youth empowerment organization. It is an unprecedented program, designed to educate and inspire more than one million young people across North America to become socially engaged and take action to help their underprivileged peers overseas. Craig is also the Co-founder and Director of Me to We Social Enterprises. The goal of Me to We is to encourage ethical living and social responsibility.
This lecture is an extension of the Centre In The Square School Program that is funded by Hallman Construction and Land Development.
