MONTREAL - As part of a strategic initiative and consolidation of the Canadian Audio Visual market space, Duocom Canada Inc. announces the sale of it's Vancouver operation to Evolution Presentation Technologies.

Duocom and Evolution would also like to announce that they have entered into a strategic alliance which will provide us with the capability to offer our clients, no matter where they require professional AV services in the country, the same outstanding service they experience currently when dealing with either Duocom or Evolution.

Duocom had recently announced further expansion into the Kitchener / Waterloo area and with the acquisition by Evolution of the Vancouver operation, the strategic alliance is further defined by having Evolution serving customers in Manitoba westward including Thunder Bay and Duocom Ontario eastward.

The Canadian cities where we collectively have full service branch offices are:

Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Regina, Saskatoon, Winnipeg and Thunder Bay under Evolution. Hamilton, Toronto, Ottawa, Quebec City, Montreal, Halifax and the recently opened Kitchener / Waterloo office representing Duocom.
