H1N1: PANDEMIC PLANNING SEMINAR
Kitchener –The International Centre for Infectious Diseases (ICID) has partnered with the Greater Kitchener-Waterloo Chamber of Commerce to provide a free seminar to help reach out to small and medium-sized businesses as they plan for the economic effects of a pandemic and to provide tools which can help:
* Protect themselves and their employees
* Get sound information for themselves and their business
* Reduce the risk of their business failing.
The Agenda for the Seminar is:
1) Pandemic planning with Viola Labun of the ICID
2) Q & A with HR specialist, Mike Cuma of the Legacy Bowes Group - what could be the issues with
employers/employees
3) A practical case study geared to SMEs.
