41st Convocation Fall Ceremony Set for November 7
Kitchener - More than 1,200 Conestoga College graduates are eligible to take part in the fall edition of the 41st Convocation on Saturday, November 7 at the Conestoga College Recreation Centre in Kitchener.
The single ceremony begins at 10 a.m. and features all academic divisions of the College: engineering technology, information technology, trades and apprenticeship, communications and liberal studies, business and hospitality, health and life sciences, community services, media and design, and the Conestoga Language Institute.
Graduates will be from four-year degree programs, two- and three-year diploma programs, certificate programs and postgraduate programs.
In addition, Conestoga will present three major college-wide awards.
The Mastercraft Award goes to the individual or student team producing the best program-related technical project. The Governor General’s Academic Medal goes to the graduating diploma program student with the highest academic standing. Similarly, the outstanding degree program graduate will receive the President’s Scholar Award.
