Guelph Women in Networking: Giving back in Support of Women in Crisis

Guelph - Networking and fun, all in support of Guelph Wellington Women in Crisis, will be the order of the night at the December meeting of Guelph Women In Networking (GWIN) on Tuesday, December 1, 2009.

The main focus of this special event will be to raise funds for Guelph Wellington Women in Crisis. Throughout the evening a Penny Table will be set up featuring a large number of great prizes donated by members and local businesses. Attendees are encouraged to dig deep into wallets and purses and take advantage of this opportunity to pick up a few Christmas gifts for loved ones, while helping a great cause!

As always, the evening’s schedule will allow ample time for members and guests to network before, during and after dinner. Attendees may also bring donations of women and children’s clothing, toys and personal care items to the meeting which will be given to the local Women in Crisis shelter. Donations of goods for the penny table in advance of the meeting would also be much appreciated.

Guelph Women in Networking: Giving back in Support of Women in Crisis takes place Tuesday, December 1, 2009. Reservations are required. Event registrations are being taken now until November 29, 2009. Visit www.gwin.ca for registration information. Non-members pay $35 for dinner and networking at the Guelph Country Club. Doors open at 5 p.m., dinner is at 6 p.m. followed by networking and fundraising events.

Guelph Women in Networking is a business networking group for women dedicated to their own success and the success of those around them. GWIN organizes monthly learning events for members and the organization also supports various local charitable organizations.
