CTV News Delivers Extensive Coverage of the Throne Speech and the Federal Budget, Jan. 26 & 27

Toronto – As parliament resumes on January 26, the fate of Stephen Harper’s minority government hangs in the balance. CTV, CTV Newsnet, CP24 and CTV.ca deliver complete live coverage of the throne speech on Monday, January, 26 and the new federal budget on Tuesday, January 27.

As Parliament Hill shifts into high gear, Sandie Rinaldo joins CTV Newsnet on a permanent basis beginning Monday, January 26. This new role will be in addition to her duties as weekend anchor for CTV NATIONAL NEWS WITH SANDIE RINALDO, co-host of W-FIVE and backup anchor for CTV NATIONAL NEWS WITH LLOYD ROBERTSON.

Monday January 26: Throne Speech

Back in Toronto, CP24 delivers reaction from Toronto Mayor David Miller, representatives from the city’s social services division as well as the Toronto business community.
