Guelph Business Enterprise Centre’s Executive Director Shares
Trade Show Marketing Tips

Guelph - Judi Riddolls, executive director of Guelph Business Enterprise, is sharing tips on how to best represent your business at trade shows at a dinner seminar hosted by Guelph Women in Networking (GWIN) March 3, 2009 for business women.

Ms. Riddolls will cover how business owners and managers can get the best bang for their buck when attending shows. There will be an overview of three key planning areas to develop as well as learning to be proactive in creating success.

The speaker, Judi Riddolls is recognized for her dedication, work and training related to small business development. Prior to her role as Executive Director for the Guelph Business Enterprise Centre, she held positions such as executive director of the Downtown Guelph Board of Management, national director of public relations and promotions, management trainer, general manager and consultant. In addition, Judi has developed and operated five businesses of her own, earning the 1998 Woman of Distinction Business Professional Award as well as Mach Warrior in 1997.

The trade show marketing seminar takes place Tuesday, March 3, 2009. Reservations are required. Event registrations are being taken now until March 1, 2009. Visit www.gwin.ca for registration information. Members pay $30 while non-members pay $35 for dinner and the presentation at the Guelph Country Club located at 133 Woodlawn Road East. Doors open at 5 p.m. for networking, dinner is at 6 p.m. followed by the seminar.

Guelph Women in Networking is a business networking group for women dedicated to their own success and the success of those around them. Volunteers organize monthly learning events for members. The organization also supports various local charitable organizations.
