Chicopee's Fundraising Efforts Reaches $25 000 Goal

Kitchener - Chicopee Ski & Summer Resort & Dave FM 107.5 raised $25,225.00 for the Women’s Crisis Services of Waterloo Region through the Ski Down Wednesdays promotion featuring a discounted skiing and snowboarding day. From January 13 to March 10, $5.00 from each full day lift ticket sold was donated to the Women’s Crisis Services of Waterloo Region ‐ Anselma Rebuild Program. We are pleased and thankful for the support we received from the community in reaching our goal.

Women’s Crisis Services is part of a network of community services and opportunities available to women and children to aid in the development of new family patterns in an atmosphere of trust and openness. The Rebuild Anselma House…Rebuild Lives campaign is working to build a new Anselma House shelter and the services that go hand‐in‐hand.
