PETER BENNINGER RANKS THIRD WITHIN NETWORK OF COLDWELL BANKER COMMERCIAL PROFESSIONALS IN 2009

Kitchener/Waterloo – Peter Benninger, President and Broker of Record for Coldwell Banker Peter Benninger Realty, was recently honoured for his outstanding performance in 2009 being named as one of the Top Five Sales Professionals in the Coldwell Banker® network of commercial brokers. Benninger placed at number three amongst almost 3,000 Coldwell Banker Commercial Sales Professionals in 41 countries in North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia. In addition to his global success, Benninger and his Commercial Division earned the highest spots nationally, achieving the status of both the top Sales Professional as well as the top office in Canada. “On behalf of the Coldwell Banker Commercial organization, I want to personally congratulate Peter Benninger on his tremendous accomplishments during 2009,” notes Fred Schmidt, President and Chief Operating Officer for Coldwell Banker Commercial.
