CALGARY - Cathay Pacific Airways and WestJet today announced they will begin a new code-share arrangement with immediate effect, providing passengers with a wider choice and greater connectivity when travelling between Hong Kong and Canada. To The Editor: I am writing to correct an inaccuracy in the article “Peter Is Broke, So Paul Is On His Own”, by Dennis Grimm, which appeared in the October edition of Exchange Magazine.

WATERLOO – Wilfrid Laurier University will honour award-winning writer Lawrence Hill with an honorary doctor of letters degree at the university’s fall convocation on Oct. 29. The university will also make its inaugural appointment to the Order of Wilfrid Laurier University. The inaugural appointee is Gerry McGrath, a former long-serving member of Laurier’s Board of Governors.
